Hotel does not have storage space for crates, pallets or large shipments. Any materials to be sent to Hotel may arrive no earlier than 2 days prior to the Event’s main arrival date. A handling and storage fee of $10.00 per box/item (plus all applicable dates) will be assessed, and subject to change. The mandatory handling and storage fee is paid in its entirety to employees providing the handling services. Due to limited storage space, any packages received more than three (3) business days prior to the group’s arrival date will be charged an extra storage fee.
