Package and Box Deliveries: Materials shipped to the Hotel must be properly packed and marked with:
- a) Group name and contact (You may use my name or one of your attendees)
- b) Date of arrival
- c) Name of the Hotel contact
- d) Materials may be shipped for arrival beginning 3 days prior to event,
and the Hotel will store the materials in a secure location pending the Group’s arrival
First five (5) boxes weighing less than fifty (50) pounds each may beshipped to and from the hotel at no charge. Boxes received weighing more than fifty (50) pounds, or more than five (5) in number will incur a $5.00 per box handling charge.
Packages and materials requiring storage received more than three days in advance of the group’s arrival will incur a $100.00 per box storage fee. Box moving charges are $1.00 per box per move from any room in the hotel to any designated area(s). A $75.00 flat charge will be incurred on crates and pallets.
