$574.14 per night room rate per night includes - Room rate, resort fees, all state & local taxes.

Group room rates are available for the nights of Tuesday, October 21 through Thursday, October 23, 2025 (check out Friday, October 24), all extensions outside of the event dates (Tuesday – Thursday night) must be requested individually through The Journeymasters and confirmed with the hotel.

Availability is limited, group rates are available 3 days pre and 3 days post the group dates.  Please note: extensions that include Friday or Saturday nights the room rate will be $746.14, all other nights will be at the group rate of $574.14 please send extension requests to ptm@journeymasters.com prior to confirming your flights.

Your hotel stay costs will be charged in full at the time of your registration and will appear on your statement as a charge from The Journeymasters.

Extension requests outside of the above dates are subject to hotel availability and prevailing rates. For any extensions, please contact The Journeymasters, they will be happy to help request the additional nights and confirm the hotel’s prevailing rate.
