Group room rates are available for the nights of Tuesday, July 21 through checkout Friday, July 24, 2026, all extensions outside of the event dates (Tuesday – Thursday night) will be at the prevailing rate and must be requested individually through The Journeymasters and confirmed with the hotel.

Availability is limited, please send extension requests to ptm@journeymasters.com prior to confirming your flights.

Your hotel stay costs will be charged in full at the time of your registration and will appear on your statement as a charge from The Journeymasters.
