$538.28 per night room rate per night includes - Room rate, resort fee, all state & local taxes.

Group room rates are available for the nights of Saturday, March 14 through Sunday, March 22, 2026, all extensions outside of the event dates (Tuesday – Thursday night) must be requested individually through The Journeymasters and confirmed with the hotel.

Availability is limited, please send extension requests to ptm@journeymasters.com prior to confirming your flights.

Your hotel stay costs will be charged in full at the time of your registration and will appear on your statement as a charge from The Journeymasters.

Extension requests outside of the above dates are subject to hotel availability and prevailing rates. For any extensions, please contact The Journeymasters, they will be happy to help request the additional nights and confirm the hotel’s prevailing rate.
