SHIPPING OF MATERIALS
Packages for Event may be delivered to the Hotel no more than three (3) days prior to the Event Date, with prior notification and approval from assigned Hotel Representative. Group is responsible for return shipping of all packages.
Packages sent to the Hotel are subject to a handling fee per package (as outlined below). Dimensions and weight required.
